Return & Refund Policy
At Sumukhi Fashions, we aim to provide you with high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition with tags, labels, and packaging intact. Once you contact our support team with order details and proof of the issue, our team will verify the request and guide you through the return process. Returns that do not meet our guidelines may be declined.
After the returned item reaches us, it will undergo a quality check. If approved, you will receive a refund or replacement as per your preference. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 3–7 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. Items damaged due to customer misuse, size issues, color variations due to lighting, or products purchased during clearance sales are not eligible for returns or refunds. Customized or personalized items cannot be returned.
If the pickup service is not available at your location, you may be asked to ship the product back to us, and the shipping cost may be reimbursed if the return is approved. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped, and cancellations after dispatch will be treated as returns following the same guidelines.
